These terms cover Your Draft on Eminent. They are a draft for the owner to review. They are not legal advice.

The service

Your Draft reads the public website you submit and shows what configured AI assistants say in answer to buyer questions. The free draft covers one location and one industry. Adding another location or industry records your interest. It does not start a paid order and it does not change the free draft's question set.

Your submission

You submit a domain you are allowed to ask about. You mark answers as Presence, Prominence, Portrayal, or Persuasion. Those marks are your notes. They are not a certification of the company and they are not a guarantee of how an assistant will answer later.

Accounts and claims

A claim asks for a work email. We store that email with the draft. If transactional email is not configured, the page confirms the claim on screen and does not send a message. If it is configured, a confirmation can be sent from leads@eminentai.app.

No sale of data

We do not sell the domain, the email, the marks, the analytics, or the campaign identifiers.

Acceptable use

Do not use the draft to break the law, to probe systems you do not own, or to submit someone else's private information. The answers are model output. Check them before you act on them.

Retention

An unclaimed draft is kept for 30 days. A claimed draft persists.
