Privacy Policy

Eminent ("we") runs Your Draft, a reading of what AI assistants say about a company. This notice describes what that product collects. It is a draft for the owner to review. It is not legal advice.

What we collect

We collect the website domain you submit so we can read the public site and write buyer questions. If you claim the draft or ask us to talk, we collect your work email. We collect the marks you place on answers, including which of Presence, Prominence, Portrayal, or Persuasion you pick and any note you add. We collect product analytics about how the draft is used. We collect campaign fields you arrive with, including UTM parameters and click identifiers such as a Google or LinkedIn click id. We collect the IP address of a draft request only to enforce rate limits. That address is stored as a hash with a salt, not as the raw address.

How we use it

We use this information to produce the draft, to remember a claim or a request to talk, to measure the launch, and to limit abuse. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

AI providers

The draft is produced by sending the public site and the buyer questions to AI providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, and xAI when those engines are configured. Those providers process the prompt and the public page text to write an answer. They are processors for that request. We send the domain and the question, not your work email, to those providers.

Retention

An unclaimed draft is kept for 30 days and then dropped. A claimed draft is kept so we can continue the conversation. Interest in another location or industry is kept with the draft.
